The Silvesterpfad, or the New Year\u2019s Eve Path, is an annual street party that serves as the main event of New Year\u2019s Eve. The event officially starts at 2 pm, blocking off traffic and welcoming citizens and travelers to enjoy food and champagne under the lights of the city\u2019s capital. The largest fireworks are displayed at Heldenplatz close to the Imperial Palace and at the Vienna <\/span><\/p>\n
